As a Senior (2017-18)

• First-Team All-Ivy (Indoor and Outdoor Shot Put)
• Indoor and Outdoor Heps champion in the shot put.
• Broke school record in the outdoor shot put (50-4 1/2) at the Outdoor Heps to claim the title.
• Only Big Red woman to eclipse the 50-foot mark during the outdoor season.
• Matched personal best in the indoor shot put (49-11 3/4) to win Indoor Heps title and rank second all-time at Cornell.
• NCAA East Preliminary Championships qualifier in the shot put, taking 47th overall (45-4 1/2).
• Also competed in discus at Outdoor Heps, placing seventh (141-7).
• Set PR in discus at Bison Outdoor Classic (148-2) to take third the event.
• Totaled four additional wins on the season in the shot put at the Greg Page Relays (47-1), Upstate Challenge (49-11 3/4), Sunday Invitational (49-11 3/4) and Big Red Outdoor Invitational (45-11 3/4).

As a Junior (2016-17)
• Continued to be a valuable member of the Cornell throws squad.
• Focused primarily on the shot put, earning 14 top 10 finishes and four individual titles in the event while grabbing top five finishes at both the indoor and outdoor Ivy League Track and Field Championships.
• Indoors, won the Robert J. Kane Invitational, Marc Deneault memorial and the Cornell Cabin Fever Invitational and threw the shot a personal record 46’11” for fourth overall at indoor Heps.
• Outdoors, won the Big Red Outdoor Invitational, finished eighth at the Larry Ellis Invitational and had a fifth place finish at outdoor Heps.

As a Sophomore (2015-16)
• Had a successful first year of throwing for the Big Red, competing in nine indoor meets in the shot put and weight throw and two outdoors meets in the discus and shot put.
• Indoors, claimed an individual title in the shot put at the Robert J. Kane Invitational and went on to finish second overall at the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championships with a personal best 45’11.25” and seventh at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Before Cornell
• An incoming sophomore transfer from the University of Rhode Island, Smith was one of the top throwers in the Atlantic 10 conference. 
• In the shot, placed fourth at the indoor championships (43 feet, 3 inches) and third in the outdoor championships (42-11). 
• Also placed seventh in the discus (125-0) at the outdoor championships.
