As a Senior (2019-20)
• Recorded four individual top-five placements, including a first-place finish in the 500 at the Upstate Challenge (1/25).
• Contributed to three top-five relay finishes.
• Finished with two new personal records, one in the 600 (2/8) and one in the 800 (3/1).
• Her single 600m race currently sits sisth in Cornell's indoor track and field history.
• Completed a fifth-place finish in the 800 at the Ivy League Indoor Heps Championship (3/1).
• Assisted in a fifth-place finish in the 4x800 relay at the Ivy League Indoor Heps Championship (3/1).
As a Junior (2018-19)
• Did not compete in any outdoor meets.
• Ran in seven indoor meets.
• Earned a 600m PR of 1:34.61 at the Sykes and Sabock Challenge Cup (2/2).
• Also earned a 500m PR of 1:16.27 at the Marc Deneault Invitational (2/16).
• Finished in seventh place at the Ivy League Indoor Heptagonal Championships (2/23-24) in both the 800m and the 4x800m relay.
• Did not compete in any cross country meets.
As a Sophomore (2017-18)
• Competed at the Indoor Heps, taking 16th in the 800 (2:17.90).
• At the Indoor ECAC Championships, placed fourth in the DMR (11:43.86), seventh in the 4x800 (9:04.41) and 29th in the 800 (2:14.31).
• Took third in the 4x800 at the Outdoor ECAC Championships (9:03.54).
• Won three events during the year: 500 at the Greg Page Relays (PR, 1:19.40), 4x400 at Kane Invitational (4:01.83) and 800 at Deneault Memorial Invitational (PR, 2:12.49).
• Ran to a new personal best in the 600 (1:37.85) at the Nittany Lion Challenge to take 14th.
• Did not compete in any cross country meets.
As a Freshman (2016-17)
• Made collegiate cross country debut at the Yellowjacket Invitational, where she finished the 6K course in 24:34.9 for 82nd.
• On the track, competed in 13 meets, making it to the Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 800, placing 21st.
• Was a member of five top 10 relay squads during the indoor season while also claiming five individual top 10 performances, claiming the individual title in the 600 at the Cornell Cabin Fever Invitational (1:37.95) as well as fourth place in the 500 at the Upstate Challenge (1:19.53).
• Outdoors, in the 800, ran a collegiate best 1:18.08 at the Bison Outdoor Classic and finished fifth at the Cortland Classic Invitational and seventh at the Big Red Outdoor Invitational.
• Additionally, won the 400 (1:00.32) at the Ithaca College Tuesday Meet.
Before Cornell
• A captain her senior year in cross country and track, Bachman was a cross country state qualifier in 2014 and 2015 and track state qualifier in the 800 meter and mile relay in 2016.
• Named a Texas Girls Coaches Association Legacy All-Star in 2015 and 2016 and was a regional cross country champion in 2015.
• Was also TGCA Academic All-State in 2015 and 2016, and a Texas High School Coaches Association Academic All-State Elite in 2016.
• Was a member of the National Honor Society while in high school.
Personal
• Reagan Jennifer Bachman is the daughter of Christopher and Renee Bachman.
• Has an older brother, Luke, and an older sister, Anna.
• Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
