As a Sophomore (2017-18)
• Competed in five meets, notching two top-five finishes.
• Earned personal best in the 300 meters at the Greg Page Relays (43.58).
• Ran season best in the 60 (8.00) at the Bomber Invitational to take eighth.
• In the indoor 200, had season-best time of 26.46 at the Sunday Invitational to finish third.
As a Freshman (2016-17)
• Provided valuable depth to the Cornell short sprints squad as a freshman, running in 11 meets while earning 15 top 10 finishes and two individual titles.
• Indoors, finished fourth in the 200 at the Southern Tier Collegiate Open and ran a personal best 25.90 in the event for fourth at the Upstate Challenge.
• Won the 200 at the Ithaca College Bomber Invitational and took the 150 at the Cornell Cabin Fever Invitational.
• Outdoors, finished third in both the 100 (PR 12.76) and 200 at the Ithaca College Tuesday Meet.
Before Cornell
• Was a Junior Olympics All-American in the 4x100 meter relay in 2015.
• Was a member of the National Honor Society and the National Spanish Honor Society while in high school.

• Rebecca Ifeoma Ekeanyanwu is the daughter of Peter and Rose Ekeanyanwu.
• She has one brother, C.J., and three sisters, Deborah, Esther, and Favour.
• She is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
