As a Senior (2017-18)
• Ninth all-time at Cornell in the weight throw (55-3 3/4).
• Competed at both the indoor and outdoor Heps.
• At the Indoor Heps, placed seventh in the weight throw with a personal-record distance (55-3 3/4) and 11th in the shot put (40-7 3/4).
• At Outdoor Heps, finished 10th in the discus (133-4) and hammer throw (150-9).
• Took 16th in the hammer (145-8) at the ECAC Outdoor Championships.
• Earned four top-three finishes, including a win in the hammer (167-6) at the Titan Team Challenge.
• Set PR in the indoor shot put at the Upstate Challenge, taking fourth with a toss of 44-6 3/4.
As a Junior (2016-17)
• Had a strong junior season for the Cornell throwing squad, earning valuable points in the shot put, weight throw, hammer throw, and discus with her 22 top 10 finishes, four of which came at the Ivy League Track and Field Championships.
• Indoors, set a personal best of 54’9.5” in the weight throw for fourth at the Robert J. Kane Invitational and grabbed points for the Big Red at indoor Heps with her sixth place finish in the shot put (40’8.35”).
• Outdoors, finished fourth or higher at least once in the shot put, discus and hammer.
• Took second in both the hammer and discus at the Big Red Outdoor Invitational.
• At outdoor Heps, set personal records in the shot put (44’6.75”) and hammer (175’7”) en route to eighth and seventh place finishes while also finishing sixth in the discus (145’2”).
As a Sophomore (2015-16)
• Continued to be a big contributor to the Cornell throws squad in her sophomore season.
• Indoors, used a personal best in the weight throw (53’3”) to finish fifth at the Robert J. Kane Invitational and then went on to finish eighth (52’6.5”) at the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championships.
• Outdoors, finished first at the Outdoor Upstate Challenge in the hammer throw with a personal best (171’5”) and finished third in the discus throw in that same meet.
• At the Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finished fifth in the discus throw (142’8”) and sixth in the hammer throw (164’8”) and at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finished fourth in the discus (146’11”) and 11th in the hammer throw.
As a Freshman (2014-15)
• Emerged as a key point-getter as a thrower in her freshman year with the Big Red.
• Took over the No. 6 spot on the all-time program charts for the discus with a throw of 152 feet, 2 inches at Penn Relays.
• In her first Outdoor Heptagonals, picked up a personal best in the hammer, throwing for 158-8, and finished fifth in the discus.
• Her discus throw of 150-4 at ECAC Championships was good for All-East honors.
• Indoors, earned second-place finishes in the discus (150-4) and the hammer (154-4) in the Big Red Invitational.
Before Cornell
• The Ohio state champion in the discus, Baker has an impressive personal best of 148-9.
• Has also thrown 44-6 in the weight throw.
