As a Senior (2019-20)

• Ran in five cross country meets.
• Best finish was a fourth-place finish at the Iona Meet of Champions (9/20).
• Finished 16th at the NCAA Division I Regional to help his team to an automatic bid to the national championship (11/15).
• Closed senior cross country senior with a 125th-place finish at the national competition (11/23).
• Spent most of the winter season competing with swimming & diving.
• Ran for eighth-place in the 5000 at the Ivy League Indoor Heps Championships (3/1).
 

As a Junior (2018-19)

• Ran in five indoor meets.
• Earned four PRs on the season: 1000m (3:06.13), Mile (4:57.16), 3000m (9:40.45) and 5000m (16:50.45).
• Secured five top-2 finishes, including a first place finish in the 3000m at the Greg Page Relays (12/1) and at the Beantown Challenge (1/12).
• Finished 11th in the 3000m at the ECAC/IC4A Indoor Championships (3/1-3).
• Ran in five cross country meets.
• Finished seventh at the Ivy League Cross Country Heptagonals (10/27).
• Secured a fifth place finish (out of 243 runners) at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Northeast Regionals (11/9).
• Closed out the cross country season with a 109th-place finish (out of 255 runners) at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships (11/17).
 

As a Sophomore (2017-18)

• Ran in two outdoor track meets, placing 10th in the 10,000 at the Bison Outdoor Classic in a personal-record time (35:49.74) and ninth in the 5000 at the Larry Ellis Invitational (16:58.12).
• Opened cross country season at the Paul Short Run, taking 199th overall before massively improving to a 53rd-place showing at the Penn State National Open, scoring fifth for Cornell.
• Was once again a contributor to the team at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships, finishing 47th and fifth for the Big Red.
• Was the fourth member of the squad to cross the line at the NCAA Northeast Regional, claiming 65th out of the field.
 

As a Freshman (2016-17)

• Made collegiate cross country debut at the Paul Short 6K Gold Race, finishing 39th overall and second for the Big Red.
• Went on to finish 42nd at the Penn State National and then finished 58th in her Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships debut, 
• On the track, competed in one indoor meet – finishing second in the 5000 at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge Cup (17:37.58) – and ran in four outdoor meets, including the Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
• Ran a collegiate-best 16:54.72 in the 5000 at the Bison Outdoor Classic and competed in both the 10,000 and 5,000 at outdoor Heps, hitting a collegiate-best 35:52.36 in the former.
 

Before Cornell

• Was the USA Triathlon Junior Elite National Champion in 2015 and 2016, and she also won a silver medal at the 2015 International Triathlon Union Junior World Championships.
• Was the 2014 and 2015 D.C. State Athletic Association Runner of the Year as well as the 2014 and 2015 D.C. Gatorade Cross Country Runner of the Year.
• Also swam and was a National Merit Scholar in high school.
 

Personal

• Taylor Brooks Knibb is the daughter of Robert and Leslie Knibb, and she has one brother, Jack.
• Her mother attended Cornell, graduating in 1985, as did her maternal grandparents, Joseph and Vera Simon, two cousins, Caroline and Peter Simon, and three uncles, Ernie, Joseph, and Wally Simon.
• Also a member of the Big Red swimming and diving team.
• Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
