As a Senior (2017-18)
• Scored at Both Indoor and Outdoor Heps.
• Fifth in the 400 hurdles (1:01.07) during outdoors and fourth in the 4x400 relay (3:50.53) during indoors.
• Also placed ninth in the 400 (57.59) at the indoor meet.
• Recorded five wins on the year including an individual victory in the 400 hurdles at the Titan Team Challenge with a season-best time (1:00.34).
As a Junior (2016-17)
• Garnered Second-Team All-America honors in the 400 hurdles following a 15th-place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships. • Had an impressive all-around season in the mid-distance events, tallying seven victories including the Indoor Heps title in the 500 meters.
• During the year, notched the sixth-fastest time in school history in the outdoor 400 (54.19) and the third-best time in Cornell history in the indoor 500 (1:12.54) en route to her league title.
• Was a big scorer for the team at the league championships, taking second in the 4x400 relay during indoors and while also being runner-up in the 400 hurdles and 4x400 relay in the outdoor season.
As a Sophomore (2015-16)
• Had a stellar sophomore campaign for the Big Red.
• At the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championships, finished second in the 500 with a personal best 1:12.75 and second in the 4x400 relay.
• Started the outdoor season with a bang, claiming first in the 400 hurdles at both the UC Riverside Spring Break Invitational and the Bruin Legends of Track and Field Invitational and was part of two first place relay teams – the 4x400 and the 4x100 – at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
• At the Ivy League Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Radoslav used a personal best of 56.48 to finish third in the 400 hurdles.
• At the North American
, Central American, & Caribbean Under 23 Championships, she finished fifth overall in the 400 hurdles.
As a Freshman (2014-15)
• Had an impressive freshman season for the Big Red and followed her year at Cornell with silver medal in the 400 meter hurdles and a bronze medal in the 4x400 relay for Team Canada at the Junior Panamerican games and a Canadian Junior National title in the 400 hurdles.
• With the Big Red, was an honorable mention All-American for her performance in the 400 hurdles at NCAA Championships, and her 4x400 relay team earned Second Team All-American Honors after the team set a school and Ivy League record in the NCAA Preliminary Round to qualify for the finals.
• 400 hurdles time of 57.87 at NCAA Championships tied for the school record.
• At Ivy League Outdoor Heptagonals, placed third in the 400 hurdles, finishing in 58.71.
• Indoors, her mile relay team set an Indoor Heps record.
Before Cornell
• An OFSAA champion, Radoslav recently finished third at the Canadian Junior National Championships in the 400 hurdles.
• An outstanding 400 runner with a personal best of 55.32, she has an impressive best of 59.40 for 400 hurdles.
