Biography

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Henderson is a 2024 graduate of Woods Cross High School in Bountiful, Utah, where he was a four-year letterwinner in both wrestling and football. A multi-time high school All-American on the mat, Henderson earned numerous state and national honors during his prep career. On the football field, he was named Region 5 Offensive MVP in 2023 and earned all-state recognition as a fullback and linebacker. He also graduated on the school’s Honor Roll in 2024.


He is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences at Cornell, pursuing a major in Government with a minor in Economics.
