2024-25 | SENIOR SEASON
Finished fifth at the NCAA Championships at 184 pounds to claim his second All-American honor… went 5-2 at the tournament… was undefeated (13-0) leading up the tournament… Ivy League Champion at 184… First Team All-Ivy for the fourth consecutive year… went 18-2 overall with six technical fall victories… defeated four ranked opponents in the regular season, #16 D. Fishback (NC State), #10 C. Hawks (Missouri), #23 N. Miller (Columbia) and #24 M. Hale (Penn).

2023-24 | SENIOR SEASON
Qualified for NCAAs…. Went 3-2… lost in the Round of 12… moved up to 184 pounds from 174 before the season began… earned unanimous first-team All-Ivy honors for the third time in his career… finished 23-8 overall… had six pins

2022-23 I JUNIOR SEASON
Finished third at the NCAA Championships at 174 pounds to claim his first All-America honor ... posted a 30-2 overall record with losses to national champion Carter Starocci of Penn State and former NCAA champ Mekhi Lewis of Virginia Tech ... avenged his regular season loss to Lewis in the third-place match at NCAAs in a 3-2 win in tiebreakers ... unanimous first-team All-Ivy League after going 3-0 in conference dual meets ... claimed his first EIWA title with a 4-0 march through the tournament, including a 10-5 win in the finals over Army's Ben Pasiuk ... registered a 20-match win streak during the year ... captured the title at the Jonathan Kaloust Bearcat Invitational and claimed third at the Cliff Keen Last Vegas Invitational.

2021-22 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Third on the team in wins (24-8) en route to earning unanimous first-team All-Ivy honors ... NCAA qualifier in his first season, going 1-2 ... won his first two matches at the EIWA Championship before injury defaulting to sixth ... won the Bearcat Open as part of a 7-0 start to his career (extended out to 14-1) ... took third at the Las Vegas Invite, winning seven matches at the event and bouncing back from a second round loss to reach the podium ... two of his losses came by decision to No. 1 Carter Starocci of Penn State (3-2) and previous national champ Mekhi Lewis of Virginia Tech (3-1 in sudden victory) on back-to-back days ... perfect 5-0 in Ivy League duals ... won nine matches with bonus points attached, including three by fall.

2020-21 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Foca was a five-time member of the US Wrestling national team at Bergen Catholic HS ... the 2019 New Jersey State champion was a two-time Beast of the East champion ... won a national title at Fargo ... ranked third nationally at 182 pounds as a senior in 2019 and earned All-America honors ... member of the All-State Academic team

Christopher Michael Foca is the son of Angela and Michael Foca, and has and older brother and an older and younger sister ... his brother, Michael, wrestles at Centenary, while sister, Alexia, wrestles at Campbellsville ... he is enrolled in the College of Architecture, Art and Planning.
