As a junior (2016-17)
• Did not see varsity competition.

As a sophomore (2015-16)
• Went 5-6 on the season while wrestling at heavyweight.
• Competed at the Binghamton Open, the Brockport Invitational and in the B Division of the New York State Intercollegiates.
• Won his first two matches by fall at the New York States.
• Placed fifth at Brockport.

As a freshman (2014-15)
• Atiyeh did not see varsity action.

Prior to Cornell
• Atiyeh competed for Team Pennsylvania's junior freestyle and greco-roman teams at Fargo and Junior Team nationals.
• Earned state placewinner honors in 2012.
• Was a second-team all-area selection in 2012.
• Also competed in football as a fullback and linebacker and in track and field running hurdles and throwing discus and shot put.

Personal
• Dennis James Atiyeh is the son of Dennis and Laurie Atiyeh and has two older brothers, three older sisters and two younger sisters.
• His father, uncle and two older brothers played college football, while his sister played college volleyball.
• Atiyeh is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
