As a junior (2017-18)

• Competed in one meet, going 0-2 at the Binghamton Open at 165 pounds.
 

Prior to Cornell

• Krajewski was a two-time state placewinner at Lowell HS.
• A team captain as a senior, he led the team to a state title as a senior and was part of a pair of state finalist squads.
• Was a four-year starter on the mat, wrestling at 103, 112 and 125 pounds.
• Also competed in football and track and field.
 

Personal

• Derek Michael Krajewski is the son of Brian and Julie Krajewski and has a younger brother.
• He is enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
