2022-23 I FIFTH-YEAR SENIOR SEASON
Went 11-5 at 125 ... kicked off the season with a 2-2 mark at the Bearcat Open ... won the Mat Town Open ... posted a 5-3 mark at the Cleveland State Open ... wrestled in the dual match against Iowa State ... claimed three victories by fall.

2021-22 I SENIOR SEASON
Third at EIWA Championships, earning an at-large bid to the NCAAs ... earned second-team All-Ivy honors ... finished the season 18-15, including 4-1 in Ivy League play ... owned five wins over ranked opponents, including three vs. NCAA qualifiers ... won two matches at the Bearcat Open, Las Vegas Invite and Southern Scuffle.

2020-21 I JUNIOR SEASON
Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 I SOPHOMORE SEASON
Finished his sophomore season 16-21 as the starter at 125 pounds ... NCAA qualifier at 125 pounds after placing sixth at the EIWA Championships ... went 3-2 against Ivy League competition ... won nine bouts by decision, three by major decision, one by tech fall and two by fall ... went 4-2 at the Bearcat Open and 4-1 at the Cornell Open.

2018-19 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Went 8-3 on the season with five bonus point wins ... won the Shorty Hitchcock Invitational at 125 pounds, winning two matches by major decisions ... was a perfect 3-0 at South Beach Invitational ... wrestled at the Las Vegas Invitational, going 1-2 ... was in the lineup for the West Virginia dual ... won his final seven matches of the season with five coming by major decision or tech fall.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
LaJoie was a three-time individual state champion and a four-time finalist while wrestling at Gaylord HS ...went 52-0 as a senior state champ, scoring bonus points in 47 of the matches ... earned state records for most technical falls in a season and a career ... part of a team that advanced to the state semifinals ... a four-time academic all-state pick, he was an scholastic All-American as a senior ... took fourth in both freestyle and Greco at the Fargo junior nationals in 2016 ... twice named to the Michigan Grappler High School Dream Team.

Dominic Gerald LaJoie is the son of Jerry and Renee LaJoie and has an older brother and sister and a younger brother ... he is enrolled in the College of Engineering.
