Biography

At Cornell
(2006-07): Weidner went 2-2 last season, seeing action at the Body Bar Invitational in the fall.

(2005-06): Weidner's first collegiate start for the Big Red came at the Body Bar Invitational last season.

(2004-05): Did not compete.

Prior to Cornell
An honorable mention high school All-American, Weidner was a state-runner-up as a senior at Pennridge High School after finishing fourth as a junior. A three-year captain for Coach John Rittenhouse, Weidner won the fifth-place bout at the 2003 Beast of the East Tournament. He also earned two football letters at Pennridge.

Personal
Douglas James Weidner is the son of Paul and Kathy Weidner, and he is enrolled in Cornell's College of Arts and Sciences. He has an older brother and a younger sister.
