As a junior (2016-17)
• Missed most of the season due to injury, wrestling in just one match.
• Only match of the year came in the win over Lehigh, falling to nationally ranked Laike Gardner.

As a sophomore (2015-16)
• Was an EIWA qualifier for the second straight season, placing eighth at 141 pounds as part of a 17-10 campaign.
• Earned honorable mention All-Ivy honors.
• Won a pair of matches at the EIWA meet by fall, including a third period fall over No. 20 Tyler Smith of Bucknell to guarantee a spot on the podium.
• Won the 2015 New York State Championships.
• Went 3-2 at the Las Vegas Invitational and 2-2 at the Southern Scuffle.
• Won the Brockport Invitational with three straight wins.
• Was 9-6 against EIWA opponents, including 5-0 vs. Ivy foes.

As a freshman (2014-15)
• Realbuto emerged as a starter late in his rookie season, going 10-7 on the year.
• He made his first appearance at Eastern's, finishing seventh at 141 pounds.
• Went 3-2 to open his career at the Binghamton Open, then was 4-1 to finish third at the New York State Intercollegiates while wrestling at 149.
• Had a pair of impressive matches in losses at the National Duals, dropping a 5-3 contest to No. 6 Josh Dwziewa of Iowa and an 8-6 match to No. 20 Randy Cruz of Lehigh.
• After losing his opening round match at EIWAs, bounced back to win three of his next four to finish on the podium.

Prior to Cornell
• A two-year team captain at Somers HS, he was a three-time state placewinner 
Realbuto was the New York state champion at 113 pounds as a junior to cap off a 44-3 campaign.
• He placed third in the state as a senior at 126 pounds and second as a sophomore at 96 pounds.
• Posted a career record of 190-25 and was a two-time MSG Varsity All-Hudson Valley first team pick.

Personal
• Dylan Patrick Realbuto is the son of Steve and Katherine Realbuto and has three older brothers and a younger brother.
• His brother, Brian, is also a member of the Big Red wrestling team.
• He is enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
