2024-25 | JUNIOR SEASON
Went 6-4 overall… competed at the Journeyman Classic, Big Red Invite, Mat Town Open and Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational… picked up dual win against Buffalo… Was named to the 2024-25 Academic All-Ivy Team.

2023-24 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Went 6-10 overall… wrestled in duals against Brown, Missouri and Princeton… earned first collegiate dual win over Jon Conrad (Brown)

2022-23 I FRESHMAN SEASON
Was 2-3 on the season while wrestling dual meets at 174 and 184 pounds ... two of his three defeats came against top 20 wrestlers ... was 2-0 after dropping down to 174 pounds, winning a pair of Ivy contests.

PRIOR TO CORNELL
Two-time state champion at Waverly HS ...also was state runner-up as a sophomore and finished fourth as a freshman ... was the 2021 Fargo National Champion in Greco in 2021 ... Fargo All-American in both Greco and Freestyle in 2019 ... NHSCA All-American in 2019 ... also played four years of football, earning all-state honors twice ... competed in track and field in the 4x100 relay and the 100m dash, winning state titles in both.

Evan Craig Canoyer is the son of Brad and Gerri Canoyer and has an older and younger brother ... both his father Brad (Nebraska) and brother Kaleb (Nebraska-Kearney) wrestled collegiately ... he is enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
