As a sophomore (2017-18)

• Lehr wrestled in a pair of tournaments during the season, going 0-4.
• He competed at both the Binghamton Open and the New York State Intercollegiates at 133 pounds.
 

As a freshman (2016-17)

• Was 2-12 on the season while wrestling at 125 and 133 pounds.
• Wrestled in four Ivy League dual meets.
• Competed at the Bearcat and Brockport Open tournaments.
• Was 2-2 in the Open Division of the New York State Intercollegiate championships at 125 pounds, winning a match by major decision and another by fall.
 

Prior to Cornell

• Lehr was a four-time sectional placewinner at Chenango Valley HS.
• He was a four-time Class B finalist and a four-year varsity captain.
• Won 149 matches in his career.
• Was a four-time all-division selection and a three-time academic all-star.
• Helped his team to a pair of league titles.
• Placed three times in the state in Greco-Roman and once in freestyle.
• Was a member of the 2015 Freestyle/Greco Roman team that competed in Finland and Estonia.
 

Personal

• Jacob Watson Lehr is the son of Greg and Michelle Lehr and has a younger brother and sister.
• His aunt and uncle both attended Cornell.
• He is enrolled in the School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
