At Cornell: Perrault has been responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing all aspects of team travel for Cornell’s 37 varsity teams since joining the department in 2017. As well as generating the annual team travel expense budgets for the varsity teams, she is the first point of contact for coaches and staff regarding contracts and service providers. Perrault was responsible for transitioning the Big Red to a new travel management company, streamlining processes, and finding cost savings in group travel. In addition, she serves as the department’s liaison to Cornell’s CMV Program Manager to ensure departmental DOT compliance. Perrault joined the Big Red with 20 years of experience in hotel sales and operations, most recently serving as Regional Director of Sales for Baywood Hotels’ New York portfolio.
