During her lone season in Daytona Beach she helped lead the Wildcats to the second round of the SWAC Women’s Basketball Tournament after defeating Texas Southern in the opening round.

Prior to Bethune-Cookman, Easter spent three seasons at Radford, where she served as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator beginning in May 2022. With the Highlanders, she oversaw recruiting efforts for both university and junior college prospects while developing comprehensive recruiting strategies and organizational plans.

No stranger to New York, Easter spent three seasons (2019-22) as an assistant coach at St. Bonaventure, where she coordinated team practices, managed academic liaisons and produced detailed scouting reports. During her time with the Bonnies, she helped develop Asiane Johnson into an Atlantic 10 All-Conference Second Team selection in 2021-22.

Before joining the St. Bonaventure staff, Easter served two seasons (2017-19) as Director of Basketball Operations at George Mason and two seasons (2015-17) as a graduate assistant at Virginia Commonwealth.

A Hampton, Virginia native, Easter began her coaching career at the high school level, serving as head girls junior varsity basketball coach at her alma mater, Bethel High School (2013-15). She assisted the varsity program to a 21-1 record and a 6-A South State runner-up finish in 2014-15.

Playing Career

Easter was a standout player at George Mason, where she was a four-year starter and team captain for the Patriots. She finished her career in 2013 ranked 11th on GMU's all-time scoring list with 1,277 points and ninth in career rebounds (753), while averaging 10.6 points and 6.3 rebounds over 120 career games. She earned Second Team All-CAA honors as a senior and was a member of the All-CAA Rookie Team.
