At Cornell
Treadwell joined the Cornell men's swimming and diving staff in October of 2024.
Prior to Cornell
Treadwell arrived to Cornell with six years of experience coaching swim. He began his coaching career as a GA at Wesleyan University, and most recently was a volunteer assistant at North Carolina State University where the Wolfpack maintained dominance in the ACC and produced a handful of national champions.
