Charlene Haskell started working with Big Red athletics in 2005 as the athletics insurance coordinator. She is responsible for filing athletic injuries to a third-party administrator by working closely with athletic trainers to maintain the completion of these forms. She also works closely with student-athletes, parents, and providers to assure that all needs are met. This includes scheduling local MRIs and working with the primary insurance companies to get authorization for these services. Haskell also assists in sports clearances and Wednesday evening clinics at Schoellkopf Hall's physician’s office.

Haskell previously worked in Cornell's Physical Therapy office as an administrative assistant and primary biller for 10 years. She obtained her associates degree at Tompkins Cortland Community College in 2000. She lives in Groton, N.Y. with her husband, Pat, and her daughter, Alison.
