Joined Cornell Athletics Staff: 2024

At Cornell: Gavin supports Alumni Affairs and Development in Cornell Athletics by helping organize communication, events, and day-to-day logistics. He works with alumni, coaches, and athletics administrators to strengthen engagement and support the department’s initiatives. As the main point of contact in Teagle Hall, he helps keep things running smoothly and encourages teamwork across the Big Red Athletics community. 

Prior to Cornell: Gavin worked in education with the Cortland City School District and held roles in community engagement and public service. His experience includes voter registration initiatives and supporting public health efforts through the New York State Legislature. 

Education: SUNY Cortland ‘21; University College London, MPA ‘23

Personal: A native of Cortland, Gavin was elected to the Cortland City Schools Board of Education in 2025. He enjoys all sports and traveling whenever possible.
