Joined Cornell Staff: October 2025

At Cornell: Serves as the Director of Operations for Cornell men's lacrosse. 

Prior to Cornell:  Licata served as the Offensive Coordinator and Assistant Coach at Pace University, where he helped lead the program to back-to-back NCAA tournament appearances, including a quarterfinal run in his first season. Under his offensive leadership, the team excelled in scoring metrics while developing numerous All-Americans and All-Conference players, including the 2024 Co-Offensive Player of the Year.

Education: A 2019 graduate of the University of Binghamton with a BA in English, Joseph was a four-year varsity starter and team captain who ranked among the program's all-time leaders in scoring, goals, and games played. His coaching journey included roles at Stony Brook University, Walt Whitman High School, and as Director of Training and Recruiting for Rebels Lacrosse Club, where he connected players with college programs while developing innovative training methods.
