Justin Schrom serves as an Athletics Event Management & Operations Coordinator at Cornell University, where he is the event manager for men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s ice hockey, wrestling, indoor and outdoor track and field, baseball, and softball. In this role, he oversees all gameday operations, event logistics, and facility coordination.

Before returning to Cornell, Justin’s background includes experience at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he served as a Facilities and Events Assistant. He also brings two years of experience as an event manager at SUNY Cortland, along with two prior years of event operations experience here at Cornell before his time in Charlotte.

Justin is a SUNY Cortland graduate, earning his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a minor in Communication in May 2024. He competed for four years as a member of the Cortland track and field program, earning multiple All-Conference and All-Region honors. He completed his master’s degree in Sport Management at SUNY Cortland in August 2025.
