At Cornell: Lauren serves as the Director of Engagement and oversees the Student & Campus Life and Athletics engagement initiatives, including communications, volunteer management, and strategic events. Lauren has strengthened the connections of alumni, parents, and friends with Cornell through their many affinities.

Lauren originally came to Cornell in 2014 to work with the Donor Relations team, before transitioning to central Alumni Affairs and Development, where she spent six years building the Homecoming Weekend program into a campus tradition that engages thousands of Cornellians annually. 

Prior to Cornell: Lauren started her career at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia with the Programs and Special Events team that managed signature events, alumni weekends, and donor celebrations during Penn’s $4.3 Billion Making History campaign.

Education: Penn State ’09 

Of Note: Lauren is a Masters of Industrial Labor Relations candidate with Cornell’s ILR School.

Personal: Lauren resides in Interlaken with her husband and daughter.
