Luke Frontale was hired to Cornell’s Athletic Operations office as an Event Management and Operations Coordinator in the fall of 2023. At Cornell he is the primary event manager for both men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s ice hockey, baseball, and softball. Luke also assists in the gameday operations of all other home athletic events, overseeing more than 100 events a year. Luke manages a professional and student staff that assists in operations at all home athletic events.

Prior to joining the Big Red, Luke served as an intern for Syracuse University’s Athletic Facility & Event Operations Staff and was quickly promoted to Facility Operations and Game Management Assistant. At Syracuse Luke oversaw the operations of various home athletic events, including two NCAA Tournaments.

Frontale earned a Master of Science in Sport Venue and Event Management from David B Falk College of Sport & Human Dynamics at Syracuse University. Luke also has a bachelor’s degree in business administration & management with a minor in Finance from nearby Elmira College. While at Elmira College Luke was also a Captain of the Varsity Baseball team.
