Rowing Experience
• Wesleyan University
    • Earned four varsity letters on men's rowing team
    • Rowed at Royal Henley Regatta in Wyfold Challenge Cup, representing Pioneer Valley Riverfront Club.
    • Raced in United States' 4- at University World Championships in Shanghai, China.
    • Elected co-captain of Wesleyan rowing team for his senior season.

• Hampton School (Hampton, England)
    • Won silver medals at National Schools' Regatta in J16 Men's 8+ and J16 Men's 4-.
    • Rowed at Royal Henley Regatta, representing Great Britain at Under 16s Great Britain vs. France match race, winning gold medal in men's eight.
    • Rowed for Hampton's first eight in junior and senior years.
    • Obtained British Rowing Level 2 coaching certification in summer following graduation from high school.

Prior to Cornell
Spent previous two seasons as the head coach of the men's and women's rowing programs at Adrian College in Adrian, Mich.

In his first season as head coach, the program attended the Head of the Charles for the first time in its program's history. The men's V8 ended up being ranked as high as No. 7 in the IRCA Divison III poll. The women's V4 also won the Mid-Atlantic Rowing Conference title.

The following year, Adrian finished in the top-half at the Head of the Charles in the Men's Collegiate 8, securing an automatic qualification for the first time in the program's history. Along with its success at the Head of the Charles, it also medaled in the Men's V8 at the Mid-Atlantic Rowing Championships, securing the program's first-ever bid to the IRA National Championships. The women's Varsity 4 won the Mid-Atlantic Rowing Championship for a second consecutive season, claiming victory by a 43-second margin. Due to his team's successes, Pratt was named the Mid-Atlantic Rowing Conference's Men's Coach of the Year.
