At Cornell

In her first season on East Hill, Tiana Dockery was a member of the staff that was named Ivy League Coaching Staff of the Year in 2024. That season the Big Red finished with an overall 14-10 record and 8-6 Ivy record, the best season since 2019, earning their first trip to the Ivy League Tournament since the Ivy League introduced a four-team single elimination tournament in 2022. 


Prior to Cornell

Dockery served as a volunteer assistant at the University of South Alabama in 2018, helping develop a second-team All-Sun Belt Conference selection in her first year.

Playing Career

Dockery played collegiately at Kansas, where she earned four letters from 2012-15. She was named to the Big 12 All-Freshman Team in 2012, and received All-Big 12 honorable mention as a junior in 2014. As a senior in 2015, Dockery recorded a 2.89 kills-per-set average, 52 total blocks along with 244 digs for an average of 2.22 digs per set while helping lead the Jayhawks to the Final Four of the NCAA Tournament following a win over No. 1 seed Southern Cal. She has played professionally in San Juan, Puerto Rico (2016), Hylte, Sweden (2016-17), and Neuchatel, Switzerland (2017-18).
