At Cornell
Dilliplane in his second stint as a strength and conditioning coach at Cornell after a 12-year absence. During his time away from Cornell, Dilliplane served as a coach and director of Cayuga Strength and Conditioning. In his previous time at Cornell (1995-2009), Dilliplane worked with numerous sports including wrestling, men’s and women’s soccer, lightweight and heavyweight rowing, women’s basketball, men’s and women’s swimming, fencing, gymnastics, softball, baseball, golf, and also assisted with football. During this time, he was responsible numerous All-Americans, Ivy League and Eastern Athletic Conference titles as well as individual and team national champions.
Before coming to Cornell, he was an assistant at the University of Akron from 1991-94.
A former accomplished competitive Olympic-style weightlifter, Dilliplane is a two-time national qualifier, two-time American Championship qualifier (sixth place in 2005), three-time New York State Champion and National Masters Champion (94kg) in 2008.
Dilliplane resides in Danby, N.Y., and is the father of two daughters, Maren and Ava.
