ITHACA, N.Y. -- The Cornell men's hockey team's games at Yale and Brown have been flipped to accommodate an ECAC Hockey request for television, the league office announced on Friday.
Cornell, originally scheduled to play at Brown on Fri., Feb. 27 and at Yale on Sat., Feb. 28, will now instead face Yale on Friday before playing at Brown the following evening. The change has been made to allow for Yale and Colgate to play in nationally televised game on ESPNU on Sun., March 1, in New Haven, Conn.
The game times for both nights have not changed, as both will still have the initial puck drop at 7 p.m.
Cornell closes out its preseason schedule this evening, taking on the University of Western Ontario in an exhibition contest at 7 p.m. at Lynah Rink.
