ITHACA, N.Y. – Cornell men's soccer defender Patrick Slogic and forward Daniel Haber earned more postseason honors on Monday as the two were named to the NSCAA's All-Northeast Region First Team.

Slogic, the tallest player on the Cornell roster, made his second consecutive appearance on the All-Ivy First Team earlier in the postseason and now earns second straight All-Region First Team honor. The tallest player on the roster, Slogic is indispensable on the back line and anchored the defense that gave up just 13 goals all year, the second-lowest number in the Ivy League. Slogic also scored two goals and added an assist this year, and both of his goals were game-winners.

Haber also moved up to the All-Region First Team after earning Third Team honors last year. Haber, who was named a First Team All-American by the NSCAA last week, led the team with 18 goals and 43 points. He also led the country in goals per game (1.06) and points per game (2.53).

Slogic and Haber helped the Big Red to its first Ivy League title since 1995 and its first NCAA Tournament berth since 1996.

Haber also earned a spot on the ECAC's Division I All-Star team as one of its three forwards.
