ITHACA, N.Y. – For the past nine years, the Cornell men's lacrosse team has sponsored the Save the Day program, a fundraiser for the Dream Factory of Central New York, a local non-profit that grants dreams to children with critical or chronic illnesses. To raise awareness of Save the Day, the Big Red will kick off the 2013 campaign with its eighth annual blood drive on Thursday, February 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at G10 Biotechnology Building on Cornell's campus.
