HARTFORD, Conn. — The sixth-ranked women's squash team wrapped up a three-game road trip Monday with an 8-1 loss to second-ranked Trinity. Junior Lindsay Seginson accounted for the Big Red's lone point with a five-game victory at the No. 8 spot.

Playing against Chanel Erasmus, Seginson won the marathon match with extra points needed in the first and fourth games – including a wild 19-17 finish in the latter. Freshman Sydney Francis also won the exhibition match against Lindsay McDonough.

Four of the other eight matches were decided in three games, with junior Danielle Letourneau (No. 1), sophomore Reut Odinak (No. 6), sophomore Olivia Wherry (No. 7) and senior Laura Caty (No. 9) each winning a game in their respective matches.

Cornell (4-2) plays next on Saturday at No. 19 St. Lawrence before returning home for five matches at Belkin International Squash Courts in an eight-day span.
