At Cornell: A CoSIDA Academic All-District selection in the spring of 2008, Bartlett had an outstanding junior campaign, moving into Cornell’s all-time top 10 in the 3000m steeplechase. In addition to winning the Cortland Invitational, she also placed eighth at the outdoor Heps. Additionally, Bartlett is a Presidential Research Scholar at Cornell.

At Bethesda-Chevy Chase: Bartlett earned 12 letters in track and field and cross country at Bethesda-Chevy Chase, helping her team to a state championship in cross country in 2002 and track and field in 2003. She was also an all-county runner in cross country in 2003.
