CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.—The Big Red men's polo team lost to Virginia 23-11 on Friday. Cornell moves to 10-4 for the season.
The Big Red edged out UVA 6-5 in the first chukker, but Virginia came back to lead 12-9 going into the second half. The Cavaliers continued to lead 15-11 after the third and went on to a 23-11 win over Cornell.
Cornell will resume action on March 7 when it will play host to Teabrook.
