Men's Soccer Plays To Scoreless Draw At Binghamton

VESTAL, N.Y. -- Cornell and Binghamton played to a scoreless draw on Sunday afternoon, playing 110 minutes without a goal on Sunday afternoon. Both teams extended unbeaten streaks as Cornell moved to 3-2-2 and the Bearcats finished the day 1-4-1.

Tyler Regan attempted five shots, putting all of them on goal. Rick Pflasterer made three saves in helping Cornell extend its unbeaten streak to four games. The team has allowed just two goals in those four matches with a pair of shutouts.

Chris Hayen made six saves for Binghamton, which held a narrow 10-9 edge in shots. Cornell led in corner kicks, 6-4, with all six attempts coming after halftime.

Cornell returns to action on Saturday, Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. when it faces Penn at Berman Field.
