ITHACA, N.Y. – The Big Red women's tennis team slipped against Dartmouth today, falling to the Big Green, 4-3, at the Reis Tennis Center in Ithaca, N.Y. With the loss, Cornell falls to 8-7 overall (0-2 Ivy), while Dartmouth improves to 10-7 overall (2-0 Ivy).

The Big Red jumped out to the early 1-0 lead by picking up the doubles point with victories by the No. 2 tandem of Ryann Young/Christine Ordway and No. 3 Sinziana Chis/Ruxandra Dumitrescu, but the Big Green stormed back to win 4-of-6 singles for the victory. The Big Red earned singles wins by No. 4 Kelly Comolli and No. 6 Sarah O'Neil.

Cornell is back in action next weekend when it plays host to Columbia at the Reis Tennis Center on Wednesday, April 6 at 3 p.m.
