CANTON, N.Y. — The women's squash team turned in a dominating performance Saturday, winning all 27 games of a 9-0 whitewashing of St. Lawrence at Robie Squash Center.
No. 6 Cornell (5-2) ended a two-match losing streak overall and improved to 7-0 all-time against No. 19 St. Lawrence. Many of Saturday's matches were dominated by the Big Red.
Lindsay Seginson yielded a total of just six points in her victory at the No. 5 position, and
Reut Odinak (No. 6) and
Laura Caty (No. 8) surrendered just seven points apiece in their respective matches.
Cornell returns to action with three home matches next weekend. The Big Red plays host to Franklin & Marshall in a non-league match on Friday, then turns its attention to Ivy League play against Harvard on Saturday and Dartmouth on Sunday.
