ITHACA, N.Y. — The men's squash team topped Brown to win its fourth match of the season Saturday, then suffered a loss to third-ranked Yale on Sunday at Belkin International Squash Courts.
 
Senior Aditya Jagtap (No. 1) and sophomore Kevin Flannery (No. 6 and 7) won both of their respective matches on the weekend, with Jagtap improving to a perfect 6-0 from the top spot in the order on the season.
 
The Big Red defeated the Bears for the 15th consecutive time Saturday, enduing five five-set matches to do so. Cornell came out on top in four of those, including Gustav Runserjo's victory at the No. 3 position to complete a sweep of the first rotation after Flannery won in three at No. 6 and sophomore Augie Jones never trailed in his four-set win at No. 9. Junior Graham Dietz led comfortably from start to finish at No. 8, then freshman Jordan Brail clinched the match by winning in five sets at the No. 5 position. For good measure, Cornell went on to sweep the final rotation behind Jagtap and five-set victories from sophomore Harry Freeman (No. 4) and freshman Andrew Stone (No. 7).
 
The Bulldogs held the upper hand Sunday, sprinting out front by winning the day's first six matches. Jagtap defeated Thomas Dembinski handily in three matches from the top position, and Flannery came out on top in the match's only five-set clash at No. 7. He rallied from losses in the first and third sets before surviving the deciding set, 13-11.
 
Cornell returns to action in two weeks with three non-league matches in three days against St. Lawrence, Drexel and Trinity from Jan. 23-25 at Belkin International Squash Courts.
