ITHACA, N.Y. — The women's squash team never trailed at any point in completing a 9-0 sweep of Franklin & Marshall on Friday night at Belkin International Squash Courts.
 
Cornell (6-2), which is ranked eighth in the nation by the College Squash Association, breezed to three-set victories in seven of Friday's nine scoring matches against 16th-ranked F&M (5-11). Junior Margaux Losty pulled away for a four-set victory at the No. 3 position, then senior co-captain Rachel Scherman followed up on the showcase court by staving off her opponent in five sets at No. 2.
 
The Big Red travels to New York on Sunday with a chance to move up the national rankings with matches against seventh-ranked Columbia (10:30 a.m.) and sixth-ranked Stanford (3 p.m.).
