ITHACA, N.Y. – The women's tennis team cruised to a 7-0 victory over Binghamton on Sunday morning at Reis Tennis Center, improving to 6-5 on the season.
After securing the doubles point to take the early lead, the Big Red won each of the day's six singles matches in straight sets. Senior
Priyanka Shah was first off court with a dominating 6-1, 6-1 victory at the No. 1 position. Everyone else in the Big Red lineup played up a position on the day.

Madison Stevens also dropped just two games at No. 4. Junior
Michelle Wang then clinched the match at No. 5. Freshman
Ana Elhom competed in her third dual match of the young season, completing the day's play with a 6-4, 6-1 win at No. 6. Cornell is now 18-2 all-time against Binghamton.
The Big Red continues its home stand at 1 p.m. Saturday against another America East opponent, when Stony Brook visits Reis Tennis Center.
