Cornell owns a 5-3 overall record in 2019 following wins over then No. 16-ranked Michigan State (2-1, OT), Fairleigh Dickinson (1-0), Canisius (2-0), Siena (1-0) and Akron (3-2, 2OT). The Big Red is 2-0 at home and 3-3 when facing teams on the road.

SERIES HISTORY AGAINST COLGATE
In a series that dates back to the 1921 season, Cornell leads the all-time series with Colgate, 59-23-7. Cornell came away on top in the sides' last meeting on Oct. 9, 2018 by a final score of 2-0. The Big Red got goals from Eneli and Scearce en route to its fifth consecutive victory over the Raiders. Colgate last defeated Cornell in 2008, but haven't bested the Big Red in Ithaca since 1991 (2-0). Overall, Colgate is 8-30-6 when facing Cornell on the road.
ABOUT THE RAIDERS
Colgate is 2-5-4 in 2019 with wins coming against Monmouth (1-0) and Army (1-0). The Raiders have faced a number of tough opponents in 2019 with an 0-1-2 record against ranked teams. Colgate tied both Portland and New Hampshire, 0-0, in double overtime. The Raiders are helmed by 15th-year head coach Erik Ronning who boasts a 131-109-54 record as the program's leader. Colgate returned five of 11 starters from a year ago, while welcoming 13 newcomers to the squad.
First year forward Drew Fischer leads the team in scoring with six points on two goals and two assists. Fischer has been held off the score sheet over Colgate's recent matches with no points since the 1-0 victory over Monmouth on Sept. 14. Edward Bass is tied for the team-high in goals scored with two, having scored in two of Colgate's last three matches.
Goalkeeper Jacob Harris has started every match for the Raiders in 2019 with a 1.09 goals against average and a .750 save percentage (39 saves). Harris has helped lead the Raiders to four shutouts this season.

Ivy League play resumes on Saturday, Oct. 12 when Cornell welcomes Harvard to East Hill for a 4 p.m. match from Berman Field. Harvard has yet to find the win column thus far in 2019 with an 0-5-1 record. The Crimson lost its last match against Yale, 3-1, and will face UMass Lowell on Tuesday prior to meeting the Big Red. Harvard is led in scoring by Duncan Southerland, who in three games has amassed five points (two goals, one assist). Alfred Perez is tied for the team-high in goals scored with two. Harvard has a young crop of goalkeepers, playing a pair of first years in Oskar Nilsson and Bobby Harraka. Nilsson owns the better numbers of the two with a 2.70 goals against average and a .781 save percentage.
