ITHACA, N.Y. - The Cornell men's polo team hits the road for its first match of the new semester when it meets Yale in Bethany, Conn. on Friday, Jan. 31. Its the second time the Big Red will face Yale this season after defeating the Bulldogs by a score of 22-9 on Nov. 8 in the Oxley Equestrian Center. Cornell will also host Gardertown Polo Club on Friday night in Oxley at 7 p.m., a time that the Big Red previously defeated, 18-15, on Nov. 1.

After dropping two of its last three matches heading into the end of the fall semester, the Cornell men's polo program looks to bounce back in a big way starting on Friday. Cornell owns an overall season record of 8-4 thus far and will play six times before the Northeast Regional Championships on March 13.

Following Friday's matches, Cornell will host the New York City Polo Club in Ithaca on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 7 p.m.
