ITHACA, N.Y. — The men's squash team was defeated by Penn, 9-0, on Sunday in an Ivy League match at Belkin International Squash Courts.
Cornell (5-9, 1-5 Ivy League), ranked 13th in the nation by the College Squash Association, won three games on the day against third-ranked Penn (12-2, 6-1). Sophomore
Charles Culhane won the second game of his match at No. 2, and sophomore Nicholas Göth Errington (No. 5) and senior
Jared Scherl (No. 8) each won the third game of their respective matches.
Penn improved to 43-21 all-time against Cornell, winning by a 9-0 margin for a second straight year.
The Big Red returns to action next weekend in its final match of the regular season, when it hosts Harvard on Saturday at Belkin.
