#2 Men's Hockey's Home Game vs. Colgate Moved to 4 p.m. Sunday

2/7/2020 11:23:00 AM

ITHACA, N.Y. — Due to inclement weather and subsequent closure of Cornell University's main campus, the Big Red men's hockey team's ECAC Hockey game at Lynah Rink against Colgate has been rescheduled for 4 p.m. Sunday.

Cornell (15-2-4, 10-2-2 ECAC Hockey), which is ranked second in both the USCHO.com and USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine polls, will have to wait another day to start its regional rivalry weekend with Colgate (9-11-6, 7-4-1). The teams will now start the weekend series in Hamilton, where they will play an originally-scheduled game at 7 p.m. Saturday Class of 1965 Arena. With Friday's university closure, the back end of the home-and-home now moves to the new Sunday time and date at Lynah Rink.

Both games between Cornell and Colgate will still be broadcast on ESPN+. All tickets for the game against Colgate at Lynah Rink will be honored for its new time and date. Additional ticket information will be released as it becomes available.
