Colgate Meets #24 Men's Soccer on Tuesday

ITHACA, N.Y. - A quick turnaround from Saturday night, Cornell men's soccer returns to action on Tuesday night, meeting Colgate at 7 p.m. on Berman Field.

• Cornell improved to 7-1-1 on the season with a 5-4 win over Harvard on Saturday, Oct. 9.
• Senior Emeka Eneli, sophomore Wilson Eisner, fifth-year Tyler Bagley, freshman Alioune Ka and junior Connor Drought each scored for the Big Red.

• Cornell boasts the top-ranked scoring offense in the country averaging 3.11 goals per game.
• The Big Red ranks first in points per game (8.67), second in shots on goal per game (8.44) and 12th in total goals (24).
• Senior Tyler Bagley ranks first nationally in points per game (2.67), third in goals per game (1.00), third in total points (24) and sixth in total goals (9).
 

About Colgate:

• Colgate is 0-12 this season and has been outscored by its opponents by a 25-2 tally.
• Opponents are averaging 2.08 goals per game against the Raiders on 12.6 shots per game and 77 total shots on goal.
• Max Edelstein and Ryan Krueger have each scored one goal for Colgate. Krueger has not appeared in each of Colgate's last four matches.

Midfield Maestros:

• Tyler Bagley, Harry Fuller, Wilson Eisner and Lalo Serrano have been Cornell's consistent starting four in the midfield all season.
• Bagley is the team leader in goals (9), while Fuller has five to his name. Eisner if tied for fifth on the team in points with four, on one goal and two assists.
• Kagen has the ability to shift up into the midfield as well, along with Alioune Ka and Brandon Morales. Morales is tied for second on the team in assists with three.
 

Fast Forwards:

• Emeka Eneli has started all nine games up front for the Big Red and has been joined by Charles Touche, Matthew Goncalves and Brandon Morales in the starting lineup this season.
• Eneli owns six goals and is tied for second on the team in assists with three. Touche has scored one goal and contributed two assists so far this season.
• Griffin Garrard and Alioune Ka have also seen time at the forward position. Ka has two goals to his name while Garrard has one assist.
