ITHACA, N.Y. - The Cornell women's rowing team traveled to Saratoga Springs, N.Y. on Saturday, October 29 for their final race of the fall season at the 2022 Head of The Fish Regatta.
The Big Red took the water in four different races. The Women's Collegiate Eight 8+ saw two Cornell boats in competition, with boat A finishing in second place (11:40.03) and boat B finishing in 10th place (12:11.78).
The Women's Collegiate 2V Eight 8+ was also represented by two Cornell boats, with boat A finishing in first place (11:58.07) and boat B finishing in eighth place (12:48.04).
Boat A raced alone in the Women's Collegiate Novice Eight 8+, placing second with a finish time of 11:55.70.
The Big Red's final race of the day was the Women's Collegiate Four 4+ which featured four Cornell boats on the water. Boat D finished in sixth place overall (13:6.67) followed by boat A (13:12.39), boat B (13:13.25), and boat C (13:25.89).
