PRINCETON, N.J. — Cornell women's rowing finished third or fourth across all twelve races Saturday at the Princeton Invite on Lake Carnegie in Princeton, N.J., facing a field that included No. 6 Princeton, No. 8 Syracuse, No. 11 Rutgers and No. 17 Harvard.

Princeton dominated the morning session, sweeping all six races against Cornell, Syracuse and Harvard. The Tigers won the varsity eight, 2V8 and all three fours, with Syracuse consistently finishing second. Cornell placed fourth in five of the six morning races, with its best relative finish coming in the 3V8, where the Big Red edged Harvard for third.

The Tigers continued their dominance in the Class of 1975 Cup, winning their 10th consecutive title while posting their 15th win in the last 16 years and 31st triumph in the last 35 contested races since 1990.

In the afternoon session, Cornell went up against Princeton and Rutgers, with the Tigers sweeping the three varsity eight races and Rutgers claiming the three varsity four pieces. Cornell finished last in each of the afternoon's six races, including a fourth-place finish in the 3V8 against two Rutgers entries and the 3V4 after Princeton did not compete.
