Lily Delianedis in just 26 seconds to knot the game at 1-1.
Jordan Ray and Charlotte Welch scored the next two goals for the Bulldogs, giving Yale the 3-1 lead to close the opening period.
Claire Dalton's Yale goal pushed the Bulldogs out to a three-goal lead midway through the second period.
