The Big Red is one of five nationally ranked Ivy squads in the latest ITA team rankings, sitting at No. 59.
Alafia Ayeni is 13-5 from the No. 1 singles position this season and is ranked No. 41 in the latest ITA rankings, while his tandem with
Vladislav Melnic (12-3) sits 31st in the country.
St. John's is 11-3 on the season entering Saturday's home matchup with Fordham. The Red Storm owns wins over Ivy foes Yale and Dartmouth along with a loss to Princeton. Axel Vila Antuna brings a 7-1 record into his matchup at No. 1 singles with a seven-match win streak in tow, while he teams with Ignacio Garcia for an 8-2 mark in the top doubles slot.
