ITHACA, N.Y. - Cornell women's track and field featured athletes at the Hokie Invitational (Blacksburg, VA) and the Upstate Challenge (Ithaca, N.Y.). The Big Red continued the trend of success this past weekend, marking multiple finishes that placed athletes in historic ranks.
Tomas Kersulis completed the 200m dash in a time of 21.11 which puts him second all time in the Lithuanian record books. Kersulis was also apart of the 4x400 group that consisted of
Michael Mazero,
Jack Daly and
Joshua Gittens who registered record breaking time of 3:12.23 (fifth all-time in Cornell history).
Rishabh Prakash now ranks 10th all-time (mile dash) in Cornell history with a finish time of 4:04.56.
Shane Racey's pole vault mark of 5.18 puts him fourth all-time in Cornell history. This marks the third consecutive weekend that Big Red athletes have earned their way onto all-time rankings lists.
