cross country team took seventh place at the season-opening Harry Lang Invitational at Colgate on Saturday morning. Sophomore runner
Kamran Murray was the leading pacer for the
Cornellians, threatening a sub 20-minute time in a 34th-place (20:07.8) result out of 117 runners.
Murray led the way for Cornell and was followed by Tyler
Tisinger (41st - 20:15.2),
Alexander Kasper (53rd - 20:25.2), Zachary
Winnicki (56th - 20:26.7) and Adam
Martinson (69th - 20:45.0).
Next Race
The Big Red will travel North to Rochester, N.Y. on Sept. 16 to take the course in the Yellowjacket Invitational.
